Marquette, MI--David A. Lynch, Superintendent of Distribution for the Marquette Board of Light and Power, received the American Public Power Association RP3 award in Indianapolis in April.  The award recognizes David and the MBLP for being reliable and safe, and for system planning and continuing workforce education.
